We had our airducts and carpets cleaned on the same day. The scheduling was perfect. The technicians who cleaned the airducts explained the cleaning process and were finished by 11:30. The technician who cleaned the carpets arrived at 12:15. They all stayed on task and adequately did their jobs well.

They are efficient, do a great job and the people that work for them are always someone you feel comfortable having in your home!!

I was very happy that Zero Rez took care of my pet stains. They came free of charge out a second time as I had one that was stubborn. They were able to properly pretreat it and remove the stain.
