We have always used ZeroRez because they do such a good job cleaning our carpets. Our technician was Bobby. He arrived at the time he said he would be here. He explained what he was going to do. He got right to work and spent time to really clean the carpets. When he finished he gave us instructions as to when we could walk on the carpet, etc. He was very polite and did a great job. I highly recommend Bobby and the ZeroRez crew.

Did a great job. Had some problems with the equipment, which took awhile to finish the cleaning. The technician explained what he was doing since we had not had our carpet cleaned for awhile and we did not know what to expect. Cost was quite reasonable and we will use them in the future.

Xavier was great. On time, professional, and friendly. The carpet looks great. My only suggestion is to tell people that it could take up to 48 hours to dry, versus the 6 hours I was told. The rooms were well ventilated and the desert humidity was low, yet it took forever to dry.

Zero Rez does a great job cleaning our carpets and the techs are very professional. They show up on time, gave me 30 minutes of notice he was on the way and cleaned up when he was done.
