I was so happy with the young man who came to clean the room, hallway and stairs. He was the best. He answered all my questions (as I told him I know the entire carpet was old but I just could not stand all the dirt spots all over). He was here about 1 hour 45 minutes. Even my husband was amazed with how he got every dirty stain off the carpet. I would highly recommend Zerorex!

I had an emergency at my church that required immediate attention. Dillion was able to add my needs to his schedule to extract water due to a huge rain that allowed water to soak a classroom carpet. He got it cleaned up and due to the superior process the carpet dried quickly.

Stephan took great care in cleaning the area I requested and took the time to test areas that I was unsure about before proceeding.

Sean from Zerorez did a great job -- he was on time and when he had an equipment problem, he worked with us to accommodate our needs and came back to complete the job when it was convenient for us.

Following my service, my 10 year old carpet looks so fresh and clean. The technician was also able to get most of a red wine stain out of my upholstered recliner. Unless you were looking you wouldn’t notice it. I highly recommend this service!

Our technician Blake did such a great job! We have our carpets cleaned by Zerorez twice a year. Our carpet is made with some corn components and is not cleaned with the usual methods.This month Blake cleaned an entry way that has seen better days and we were surprised as it came out better than it ever has.
We appreciate his expertise and will be sure to ask for him for all our future carpet work.
