JD was my service guy, and he was very professional. He texted me when he would be at my house and was right on time. He listened to what I wanted to have cleaned and explained what he would do. He took his time and did a fantastic job. My carpet looks brand new, and I am very satisfied with the outcome. My carpet was pretty bad, and I figured it wouldn't get cleaned. After the cleaning, I would have to replace it soon, but not now, it's in perfect condition and looks fantastic. I will highly recommend JD and Zerores. The price and service were reasonable, and I couldn't be happier.
