Terrell was my technician and he was very professional, courteous, and clearly very knowledgeable about cleaning carpet. He asked about any problem areas, explained all the steps he would take to clean my 2 rooms, and he did so expertly. I Love the way my rooms turned out and I really like that my carpet isn't Crunchy afterward, like other cleaning companies.
He offered me stain protection, and then raked it in throughout my 2 rooms. He provided EXPERT service!

Just got to view the end product today, and I was very pleased! The vinyl tile has seen a lot of abuse & water damage, I wasn't sure it could be cleaned up but the technician did a great job. Many stains were removed and the floor actually looks clean! He spent the whole day working and was polite and respectful. Thank you for the great work.
I like the technology they use to clean. The Technician was on time and explained the process clearly. The smell afterward was pleasant and not overwhelming. Safe for animals. And the price was acceptable.
