I like that no harsh chemicals are used, and the carpets are not left soaking wet. The technician was very helpful in explaining what he would be doing, and willing to answer any questions. He listened to my needs and spent extra time on the carpets in areas where they were visibly dirty, and did a good job to get them clean.
Brian came over to our house on January 2nd and did just an amazing job! Our carpets look brand new! Brian thoroughly explained the ‘cleaning plan’ and looked over the carpets before staring the job. He was kind, thoughtful and knowledgeable! I would recommend Brian and Zerorez!

The representative who came to clean my carpets was not only good at the actual cleaning, he was great at explaining what he would be doing and answering my questions.
