Dixon Hirschi did the best job yet of any of your cleaning techs, hands down! Had I known how good this job could've been done in the past, I would have called and told you I wasn't 100% pleased! But Dixon raised the bar and you are in trouble now because I'm going to hold any other techs to his standard! The service is outstanding. I called to make an appointment, and the technician came out the next day. He cleaned a sofa, loveseat, dining room chair, and a wool area rug; they look beautiful! The cleaning solutions are odor free, and everything looks like brand new. The fabrics feel clean and there is no residue. Best of all, it was affordable! I definitely recommend Zerorez and will call them again in the future.
