The person who cleaned our carpet was very professional and very knowledgeable. He offered great advice regarding the cleaning and care of our carpets, as well as attentive to our concerns. He performed efficiently and left us very happy with our perfectly cleaned carpets. The carpets are free of all evidence of puppy accidents. They are also free of product residual. I is our second time using Zeroez in the past two years. Both times we have been very happy with the results and I highly recommend this company. I hadn’t had my carpet cleaned in over a year, also my carpet is over ten years old. I wasn’t expecting miracles but I hoped for a slight improvement. I was very pleasantly surprised when my carpet looked so much better after the cleaning. My technician did a GREAT job! He was professional, thorough, and fast working when I told him I had an appointment and had to leave by a certain time. I will not wait so long to get my carpet cleaned again, especially when I see what a positive difference it makes.
