Have used Zerorez for years - they are always on time and clean my carpets so they look brand new. Had them clean my couch and love seat - they look amazing.
We have used Zerorez several times and we have always enjoyed their service. I will say, this time, we didn't receive any communication about the Technician being late to the appointment, and when I called, no one answered the office phone. Bernard called around 4pm to let me know he was going to be late, and didn't show up for another while, but the owner was greatful. She said he was very nice, and did a great job on the carpet. Happy owner and that is most important to us. Thank you!
