no chemical, using cleaner that is safe for the earth, help the environment, service was great the person was very nice and explained everything, before he start cleaning.
Scott, our service tech, was prompt, friendly and super efficient. Our carpets look amazing! He got all of the spots we talked about. We also had our ottoman cleaned and it looks so much better. This is my third time using Zerorez and I will definitely have them back again!

This was my second time using ZeroRez and I will continue to use and refer them. Paid for a spot extraction service and noticed the next day it wasn't gone. Notified the company and they sent someone out that same day to ensure it was taken care of and dry before leaving the premise.
