Excellent service, had my carpets cleaned around 5 months ago - they accomplished getting these old carpets cleaner than I had ever expected. Had 2 matching chairs that were over 12 years old, decided to try having these cleaned because budget, and my age (82), would not allow the purchase of any new furniture. Jacob was our professional Zerorez technician who did an outstanding job cleaning the carpet in my clients 5 bedroom 2399 square foot home. It was a big job with multiple heavy duty stains and years of wear. Jacob called in his boss to help and together they did a great job cleaning the carpet better than we expected.
