Ali and Maliek were amazing! They were on time, communicative, friendly, helpful, and did a great job on my carpets! We had lots of old stains, and they took the time to thoroughly address them, and paid extra attention to the high traffic areas. My kids were home from school for the long weekend and Ali kindly and patiently answered their questions and explained the what and whys of how they clean carpets.

I love that the zero rez process leaves my carpets feeling fresh and renewed. No weird residues or harsh chemical smells.

Love the fact that there are no chemicals used and the carpets come out so clean. So do my pets. In the future I'll clean in the summer when the a/c is on. During an artic blast like we're having it took 24 hrs. for the carpets to dry. They do look great and though.

Prompt, respectful and employee was honest about expectations regarding the cleaning of the tile, our tile was black after hard water was dripping in our shower for 18 months during our absence. After his work there was tremendous progress but it couldn’t get totally clean. W we e appreciate his attention to detail.
