I think that Zerorez does a great job with cleaning my carpets. I have been using them for several years and am always satisfied. With this service, I was especially happy with the technician, Jesse, who was friendly, courteous, and professional.

The representative was kind and polite. The fact that it could be completed in short notice, was very important.

The technician, called after he started the job, with concerns of deep grout stains and I asked that he only do his best, and I believed he did. This was not an easy job, although I did not see final results (because I live in Indiana, and this was my recently deceased brother's place, a friend sent me photos and It was fine.

Excellent results on Carpet Cleaning and technician was very thorough.

Our carpets are nice and clean. We appreciated the young gentleman that came out and worked so hard to get them clean. He was very careful and answered all of our concerns. Will have you on our next cleaning!

Zerorez always does a good job with stain removal and overall cleaning treatments. The technicians explain the processes well and show us exactly what they're going to do before starting. We've had Angel as our technician the last couple of times. He does a fantastic job and makes sure we're satisfied before finishing up.

Attention to detail is pretty good. I feel happier with cleaned carpeting. Thank you! One note is that I like to stick to the quote that the on-phone scheduler gave me. Please don't ask the cleaner/technician to 'upsell' or do any add-ons when at my home. I like to be prepared to pay what was quoted.
