Im glad I heard about Zerorez on 102.5 the Bone. They were reasonably priced, professional and efficient. I had a wonderful experience with their technician Tavaris Johnson! Excellent customer service.

I have used several carpet cleaning companies over the years, and Zero Rez is consistent from start to finish with their customer service to the day of cleaning. On time. Polite. Neat. And listen to what you the customer need vs. trying to sell "specials" that are not needed. The ONLY company I use to clean our carpets & rugs.

In the future you should send two technicians instead of one
And your company should use some prewash agent for stains or heavy traffic areas as I had to go over some areas and actually wiped dirt off after the fact
And I moved out all of the furniture myself the night before as to make it easier for your technician
I don’t fault the technician. He did his best and was very pleasant.

Brian was very informative, professional, and friendly. He took time checking the furniture first, pretreated it, and did a thorough cleaning. I would easily recommend Zerorez to any friends.

No chemical smell, eveything was near and clean. And the service rep who did my project was excellent!

Jacob was excellent in both customer service and doing his job to get the best results. Our carpets came out great. I always use Zero Rez as there are no perfumes used and minimal water so the carpets aren’t soaked. By evening the carpets are clean and dry with no scent.
