Romeo was fantastic! Called ahead with an ETA and arrived right on time. Took the time to walk with me through the house and discuss any/all problem areas. Discussed, in depth, the options for protecting my carpet further and then provided a fantastic service! Made sure to show me all the carpet prior to his leaving, discussed the dry time and how to take care of my carpet in the future. The carpets (especially the stairs!) look new again!
It works surprisingly well. Our carpets are extremely clean and look much newer. The pricing trickery that a homeowner encounters when dealing with Zerorez, and the UV light trick that sends people into a panic is something I am now prepared for.
