Duct cleaning

I appreciated the mindfulness of Lucas, who was the guy doing the cleaning. He was friendly, and explained the process well; took the time to cover his shoes before walking through our home, and even cleaned up after himself upon finishing (wiped up water on the tile floor where the hoses rested, and cleaned the rug in front of our door where the hose ran across.).

I appreciated the fact that the process was fairly quick and there was no heavy chemical smell

He was very knowledgeable and explained everything to us before beginning the cleaning process, especially for our old pet stains & track marks. I actually wanted to wait a day or 2 after the complete drying process to see how things actually turned out & we were quite pleased even for an old carpet like ours.
