When speaking with them, you know you are being heard by their questions. The technicians are very professional, making appropriate suggestions and answering questions that you may have. They are very thorough and expeditious. I appreciate that the technicians have several years of experience. For the newer technicians they are partnered with another so they may gain the valuable experience that Zerorez is known for. Zerorez doesn't use harsh chemicals which I appreciate.
