I would recommend Zerorez a million times over. My Zerorez technician, Hiyaat took his time to explain every detail of the cleaning process. He explained while giving me a physical presentation as to why the carpet protection plan is a great way to maintain your carpet and prevent stubborn stains. He wet a piece of paper that had NO protectant on one side, & protectant on the other side to show me the difference in the carpet with protectant. The liquid rolled off of the side of the paper with the protectant while the liquid soaked through the side of the paper without protectant. He took before and after pictures to show me the difference that his carpet cleaning made. He explained that the best way to keep your house fresh is to dust, vacuum, change your filters, and clean your carpet regularly. Next time, I will include the carpet protectant in my budget!
