The technician, Kaz, was polite and cleaned any wet spots on the floor before he left the house. The carpets were damp, but not wet. They were dry by the next day. I was very pleased that most of the bad stains came out. I was particularly pleased that some carpet stains made by a sick pet came out completely. Kaz was honest that the deep stains in high traffic areas may not completely come out, but the carpets were so much cleaner and fresh looking.

Everything, I had a very good experience.
I wanted carpets cleaned.
It was simple to make an appointment. After a single phone call of about 2 minutes I had an appointment date that suited me and an exact cost.
The service man called ahead of the scheduled time to let us know he was on his way.
He came at the exact time he said he would.
He was friendly and personable and made sure he knew what I needed and asked about any areas needing special attention.
He protected any areas of the house the hoses might bang against.
He worked hard during the cleaning process and made sure I checked his work was done to my satisfaction, and gave me advice about drying time and being safe with a damp carpet.
Payment was by any means I wanted - Check, credit card or cash.
Overall I was completely satisfied with the process and result.
