The technician sent was very helpful answering questions and worked very efficiently and fast. I had some bad spots in my carpet and they were cleaned and totally gone. The carpets looked super. I had two bathrooms title floor done and they looked really good after being cleaned. I was very satisfied with the carpet and tile cleaning.
