Brett was very professional. Came on time and did a perfect job of cleaning my carpets. My carpets were restored to brand new. Unbelievable. He was also very polite and gave very helpful advice. All four of the individuals who worked with me were excellent! They were each professional and friendly. My rugs were cleaned on time and came out perfectly clean. One had male cat urine on it which is hard to remove, and there was no trace of it after cleaning. The color of the rugs looked like they were brand new. Also, the price was lower than I have seen elsewhere. I will definitely use them whenever I need my rugs cleaned again!
