Arrived on time and called 20-30 min before! He was very friendly with my dog even though my dog barked at him several times. He was so patient. But the most important thing was that he spent so much time working out my cat urine area in a bedroom. He went over it multiple times soaking it and suctioning it until there was no more odor and you couldn’t see anything. I was seriously so impressed and thankful! I thought we were going to have to cut out this section of carpet and he saved it! Thank you zero rez!

Gentleman arrived on time with a call just 30 minutes prior so we could be ready for him. He explained the procedure and went right to work. It took about 90 minutes and the carpet looked great afterwords. This is the second time we have used Zerorez. Very satisfied.
