I liked what you did, but my bedroom tile was the newest I put down and it didn’t come as clean as the rest of it. I was kind of disappointed with that, but didn’t really say anything, but I wish that could’ve been done a little better other than that fantastic Thank you so much it just surprise me that the tile that was done the latest didn’t come out as good as the stuff that has been down forever all right thank you for that one

Timely, professional and friendly technicians. I had zerorez clean my carpets and my ductwork. The dis a great job and were very clean. I will use them again.

I liked that not alot of chemicals are used...my house smelled clean and fresh and my carpets look great! The customer service was easy and awesome. Victoria and her husband explain the process completely so there are no surprises and accommodate your schedule. They do not pressure or intimidate you to schedule and are very easy to talk to...they feel like family. My tech ( unfortunately I can't remember his name) was the best! He was very pleasant and listened to me and took my concerns seriously. He explained the process and was very thorough and efficient. He took great care in doing his job. I would definitely use zerorez again and ask for the same tech! I have found my forever carpet cleaning company and will highly refer my friends and family.
