Let me start by saying it is rare for me to take out time to submit a review. However, I must share with others the great service provided by Zerorez and, in particular, Cameron. He took the time to understand what we were looking to accomplish before he set out to perform the work. Our tile floors were sealed prior and it was a concern as to whether the tile cleaning and grout sealing would be effective. Long story short, through Cameron's efforts and knowledge, we were successful at both. The floors look amazing. He then turned to our carpet cleaning which again he communicated about areas that might require significant effort. Yet again, his effort and persistence left those areas looking amazing too. I would recommend Zerorez to whomever asks and I certainly would recommend Cameron. I look forward to having them back to our home in the future when the time presents itself. Thank you Cameron and Zerorez for a great customer experience and outcome!
The technician cared about doing a good job. His equipment leaked a little which told me that zerorez could do a better job at maintaining their equipment.
I had my tile floors cleaned and they came out beautiful
We rented a steam cleaner from Home Depot. After several hours of working the machine over heavily stained and trafficked areas, the change was limited. We gave up, contacted Zerorez and they arrived the next day, on schedule.
After 2 hours, the entire area was as clean as when the carpet was installed. Stains and grease were gone. The entire house smelled clean, too.
Fernando arrived about 10 minutes early, was extremely friendly, professional, and respectful. He clearly explained the entire process, offered options and worked diligently for 2 hours-with no breaks or stoppages. He was thorough and got the job done in 1/10th the time it had tken us, and with superior results.

It was fast and simple. And the guy who came to the house was knowlegable and friendly.
Julio Castro, my service tech, was great at keeping me informed of his arrival time and then explaining what he was going to do and the cost of the service before he got started. Once he got started, he was very thorough in making sure his job was well done. He was respectful of my property, putting up bumper guards so the hoses left no scuff marks on the baseboards. He did everything he could to make the cleaning process as easy and stress free as possible.
A live person answers phone calls….and a live person responds to arrange an appointment date and time. And a live person actually arrives oat the appointment time to address and take care of one’s needs.
