James was very professional and explained the cleaning process very thoroughly. We appreciated his upmost care in protecting the space. He went above and beyond in explaining what to expect and how to enhance drying the carpet after he was done cleaning it. It was wonderful that all of the materials he needed and used were all contained in the Zerorez truck. The whole cleaning system was efficient and well thought through. We are very pleased with the results. Thank you!

On time with personable techs
The carpets and rugs cleaned up very well and there is very little liquid left behind when they are done. Dries to the touch in about 4 hours. The 2 for 1 area rug special was a pleasant surprise as well.

Matt the technician was very professional and answered all my questions prior to any service work. We did walk through of all the vents and returns for the duct cleaning service that was to be performed. He provide before and after pictures. He called about 30mins before arriving and arrive at the scheduled time. Overall i am very pleased with the service i received and will recommend to my neighbors in my area.
