The person who cleaned my carpets was very nice and professional. He explained why 2 of the spots in my carpet were stains that would not come out. I had the spots for several years so I expected that they would not come out. He did a fabulous job. The carpets look great and were dry within 24 hours. I have had other cleaning people from a different service and they did NOT do half the job that this person did. I would like him to come back next year. He was great.

John did a great job. Several years of wax buildup on our laminate floors equaled a huge chore. John took it on and the floors look amazing. Thank you Zerorez and John for returning our floors to look like new.

I liked the short wait to get the appointment. I enjoyed the friendly service man. I liked the idea of cleaning with hot ionized water, rather than soaps and shampoos that leave a scum on the carpet that collects dirt more easily. The price was reasonable.

Great clean and attention to detail

I love what your company does! However you do it, it's amazing! We had to really light colored chairs and one was filthy. You were able to clean it so well it looked almost new again.
You also cleaned the tile in my entire house and then cleaned and sealed the grout for me. The house was 10 years old when we got it and the grout had never been cleaned or sealed. I actually thought it was black grout - it was actually a taupe color! Then you came and cleaned the carpets that I had installed after the tile was cleaned and again, you made them look amazing! I will always use your company for my carpet/furniture cleaning and will always recommend you to everyone I know!

I loved the ease of setting up an appointment via email and text. The rep was speedy and accurate with scheduling. The service person Antonio was on time, explained what he was going to do, and worked hard while he cleaned my carpets and steps. He was knowledgeable and friendly. He explained why he couldn't guarantee that the spots downstairs might not be taken out. Actually, the carpet at the bottom of the steps is so old that the spots showed where the carpet had been worn by many footsteps. My bedroom carpet looks and feels wonderful!
