Telephone response was knowledgeable and friendly. Cleaner arrived on time, explained what he was doing, was careful and polite, and got done with three seriously soiled carpets in 1 1/2 hours. I told him in advance that I anticipate that it will need to be done again, due to the age of the stains. He knew how to use the blue light and the steam vac to amazing advantage. I'm impressed.
