I had my doubts about how well my carpet would turn out with cleaning (it's OLD), but I am blown away! My neighbor asked if I'd had it replaced. It looks that good. I appreciate the tech answering all of my questions, and if you are a pet owner, I highly encourage the biologic treatment. My whole house smells fresh and clean, and I am thrilled to know that all animal accident spots were identified and dealt with. The service was very quick and the tech was incredibly nice and respected my home and me.

I loved having your technician in my home to service my carpets. He was courteous, informative and gentle with my corners of furniture and walls. I love how it all turned out. I also appreciate that when I sent him a photo of a spot on my carpet (after the service) he responded with an answer.

It’s just so easy the techs are knowledgeable they make sure we understand what they’re doing. Advise on how to handle future stains spills etc. they make sure they clean everything up after, it’s just overall a great experience. Tracey was our tech this time and he was great, my pup wouldn’t leave him alone and let him do his job but he was great with her.
