The service technician was the best, his name was Elijah. He called ahead of his arrival, was very thorough walking me through the process and was very efficient. There was no mess or clean up needed on my part. Walls did not get marked up dragging the hoses around the house.

Ernest, the technician, was so polite, helpful and listened to my concerns. He attacked the bad areas and what is very particular about the entire carpet. I like zerorez because the carpet is soft and not sticky after application.

It does a good job without harsh chemicals. It does not make me choke from fumes.

The technician was on time and knowledgeable. He explained what he was going to do beforehand and our carpets looked amazing.

Fast and thorough

Carpets look so much better. Only issue i had was where the mat extraction was done it took forever to dry, more than a day, I ended up having to go back over it with my carpet cleaner and move furniture over it until it dried to keep it clean from the dog prints.

It was easy to schedule and the air duct cleaning was super very thorough

Like the no chemical product that cleans well and leaves no residue. Technician was very knowledgeable and gave us information on carpet drying, and preserving to make carpet last longer. Chris did a fantastic job.

Our condo is located in a difficult position to reach from the parking area. Chris and his team went way above and beyond to determine how to get their equipment positioned. The tile and carpet cleaning service they performed resulted in beautifully cleaned tile and bright grout lines. Prior to leaving, Chris fully explained what we should expect after the tile would dry and what steps to take going forward to clean our tile flooring.
Obviously we were very happy with the service, patience and time taken in servicing our cleaning project.
