I felt that the technicians did a great job helping to clean my carpets and other hard to clean areas. Particularly with the carpeted stairs which are always a challenge to clean with all the crevices and verticle surfaces.

I ended up spending way more for carpet cleaning than I thought I would. That was due to Evan's demonstration using the black light that disclosed major pet damage I was unaware of. After he told me all the options I decided that the extra expense was more than worth it. My house got a spring clean it had needed for a long time!

Greg was very professional and thorough. Great customer service from the two updating time phone calls to in person communication. Carpets look SIGNIFICANTLY better than they did before, my husband and I were surprised how they turned out! Clean and no bad chemical odors. We will definitely use Zerorez next year when it’s time to get them professionally cleaned again!
