Safer products, great customer service. Our recent tech even got out a spot of motor grease an elliptical repairman got on the carpet. We have used them for carpet and duct cleaning. Techs have always been pleasant and informative, communicating well.

Your bill did not deviate from the advertised price. I was given complete instructions before the technician arrived. The technician was the star. He was pleasant and respectful of both me and my property (donning covers to his shoes). I'm an old lady and have had some bad experiences with repair people. I cannot stress enough how at ease I was instantly with the man who came to clean my carpets, even helping me move an office chair that didn't seem to fit out of the door of the room. The end result is that my house feels clean, the old carpeting that should be replaced looks just fine now, and the experience of hefting furniture from room to room is now behind me. I would do this again ... but not for a while. I have aches and pains and bruises to heal (grin). Perhaps this is an opportunity for you to add a helpful addition to your services. Think of how many aging boomers there are who, like me, can't afford to replace old carpeting but also can't manage to haul furniture about to make carpet-cleaning possible. For a nominal fee, could you offer to send people to move things out of the way as they clean?

Caitlyn is AMAZING!! I have pets. I needed the smell from dogs gone. She explained the process of removing the spots that I was concerned about. She educated me on the process that was needed to remove the stains and the smell. When I used a different company, the smell only got worse. The next day, it was horrendous!! NOT WITH ZEROREZ!! My house smell fresh and amazing!! My carpets look new again!! THANK YOU CAITLYN!! I am so grateful for your service!!

I like that it takes less time for the carpet to dry. I think your carpet cleaning service is very good IF the right person who comes out to clean my carpet (especially if it's a cream color),
Tevin is absolutely the BEST. He knows what he is doing and I know when he comes and cleans my carpet, its not going to dry showing yellow blotches and streaks on it. Everyone else did crappy work and I would have to have your company come back and redo it. I would suggest that all your guys learn to clean like Tevin.

I recommended a friend of mine to use your services last December 2024. There names are
Don and Tommi Main. They live in Westfield. Tommi spent over $700 with you to do her whole upper level (which was basically brand new carpet that's never been cleaned before). When it dried, the yellow streaking was horrible. She was so disappointed. I told her to call back and have them come back out to redo it. She hesitated cause she really wanted to wait until it got warmer. When they were there last December, it was so cold in the house cause the front door had to be cracked open during the whole time they were there. When she was ready to have you come out, she didn't know it had to be within 30 days, so now she has to have it recleaned hoping those yellow blotches and streaks will come out. I don't think you will ever hear from her anymore, so you've lost a client unless you make it right.
