Well they came to a dinosaur house where vents had never been cleaned Castor and Matt was very friendly show me pictures before and after the work I am very impressed they worked hard yes I recommend them all the way keep up the good work

Zeroex cleaned our rugs. They examined each rug carefully and honestly shared how successful the process would be on the fibers. They declined cleaning one rug given the fiber content, which was appreciated. They are fast, careful around furnishings and clean up as they clean. Our cleaning professional offered suggestions for maintaining a clean rug and offered other flooring suggestions. The process is quality! In my opinion, steam and water is the preferred method for cleaning. Rugs looked brand new afterwards and dried soft and fluffy. Zeroes will be our rug cleaners always.
Brett and Jose were so thorough! We really appreciate their work. And any areas that needed extra attention came clean!
This situation is not their fault but I want to mention it…after Brett and Jose arrived, I received a text from another technician, Ted, who said he would be there in 1/2 hour. Brett and Jose had to deal with the dispatcher to get this straightened out which caused them delay in completing our job. I felt sorry for them that they had to deal with this.
All in all, the carpet cleaning project was a successful project. Glad we did it with Zerorez!

We had our carpets and vents cleaned by this firm. Both crews we worked with were very professional, friendly and communicated well. We were very happy with each service. They do try to sell extra services but most service company’s do that these days.
