Quick service!

Did a great job of cleaning and with a few fans the areas dried quickly . Would as that the technician would put on shoe covers after cleaning carpet and not walk on outside drive way then walk up steps with bill. Doesn't seem practical to clean carpet then walk on wet shoes with
outsides shoes afterwards

Professional, great customer service

Everything was great! I was unsure what exactly I needed to clean a room with some dog pee and he did a great job adjusting the cleaning to what I saw. Didn’t try to upsell me on services I didn’t need which doesn’t usually happen. The cleaning was quick and now it doesn’t smell like dog pee!

I especially appreciated the lower fragrance cleaner, that I understand is a “greener” cleaner and thar worked well, and the fact that the phone and our service person were very good to work with.

Willis Foster he came and he talked to us about what's best for our carpet and he did a phenomenal Job and we will be asking for him to come back

Easy to schedule and every carpet cleaner we’ve had (4 younger men) have been clean (well groomed), nice/pleasant, informative and helpful.
We will continue to use zerorez until they disappoint 😌 appreciate the effort and decent customer service.

The carpet is not left wet and soggy. it dries very fast and is cleaned really good. Makes the whole home smell clean and fresh.

The technician Fernando, was knowledgeable and recommended the proper service for our home. He did an excellent job our upholstery looks great as does our carpets. We would definitely use Zero Rez again.
