I had a great experience with Zerorez. Scheduling an appointment was very easy and I was able to get one for two days later, which worked out great for my schedule. My technician, Maurice, arrived early, provided excellent service by explaining the costs per room for service and going out of his way to ensure I was satisfied before completing service.

I highly recommend this company, especially for removing pet urine stains from carpet and rugs. My house smells amazing and now I can finally invite people over knowing they won't smell my dogs.

Easy to book, showed up on time, and did the work thoroughly and effectively. It isn't cheap, but it's very much worth it. My berber carpet was restored with a lot of extended life thanks to this service, and the lasting smell was excellent. Would definitely book for a carpet treatment again.
