The technicians were very professional and thorough. They explained everything they were going to do in detail, before beginning their services. I also love the fact that although my carpet was wet it was uncomfortably wet and dried thoroughly in a about 3-4hrs. They airways do a good job. I definitely recommend

The young woman did an excellent job. She was both friendly and professional. I gave it a 9 instead of a 10 only because I found, after the service was over, an email offering me $20 off my first cleaning if I redeemed with a code from the person who came by. I did not receive the email until after the service was over.

The cleaning process leaves the carpet as dry as possible. The carpets look sparkly and new! The dispatch lady Rosie was so very quick and helpful. So reassuring because my dad felt so embarrassed about his carpet stains. We have used Zerorez several times. The technician is very meticulous and hard working!
