My technician, Miles, was wonderful! Explained everything to me. I showed him spots and he let me know that he could remove ALL of them! Even a big one that Stanley Steemer could not remove! Sorry Stanley Steemer, but true! He took care of 2 bedroom carpets, 1 walk-in closet and 1 recliner chair. I am very impressed by how clean my carpets and chair looks! No doubt about it, I will use ZeroRez again and again. Very, very impressed.

We had our airducts and carpets cleaned on the same day. The scheduling was perfect. The technicians who cleaned the airducts explained the cleaning process and were finished by 11:30. The technician who cleaned the carpets arrived at 12:15. They all stayed on task and adequately did their jobs well.

I was very happy that Zero Rez took care of my pet stains. They came free of charge out a second time as I had one that was stubborn. They were able to properly pretreat it and remove the stain.
