I liked the response time, and Castor, our carpet cleaner was very friendly and professional. We had a bad situation with the carpet stain and he tried very hard to get the stains out. He was honest about the problem and why the stains wouldn’t come out.

I didn't think those dark brown spots on my stairs could ever come out. They had been there for years. But Jordan worked his magic and those spots are now gone! He also offered me Scotchguard to keep my carpets cleaner. I readily accepted. I appreciated that he wore coverings over his shoes and used corner protectors. The carpet was totally dry in just 6 hours!

Well the service tech was really great. He was prompt, courteous, easy to work with, and extremely conscientious. The carpets feel good, not like something left behind on the surface. Often with a traditional carpet cleaning products there is a bit of a sticky residue.

The technician that cleaned the carpet was awesome. Very friendly and professional and I could tell he takes pride in doing a good job. He gave ecellent customer service and is a positive reflection on Zerorez.

Your young man was a true delight. Went over what needed to be done. I told him I didn't expect a lot because these carpets have been in since 1992 but cannot afford vinyl just yet. Told him I have a machine and clean it all the time but it needs a professional.

The carpets came out beautiful. Just love looking at them. They look so fresh and revived.
