Shane did a very good job in cleaning our carpet. I wasn't there when he did the job. I know Zerorez raised their prices from last year. There was one charge that I think was unfair. The $25 Service Fee of $25. We didn't pay that fee last year. Of course, Zerorez should guarantee their work for 30 days. Any reputable company would guarantee their work.
We never check out the prices of your competitors to clean our carpets every year. My wife always lines up your company to do our rug cleaning. Next year, I'll look into other companies and compare prices. As a veteran of the US Army, I always ask for a discount and in most cases I get at least 10% off for serving my country and was proud to do so. I am 90.

My service provider showed up on time, walked each room with me to make sure he addressed specific issues and then cleaned the carpets quickly. They look great!
