Jaylyn came to my home and was pleasant, hardworking, efficient, and professional. He explained everything before and after the cleaning. I can’t say enough about Jaylyn. This was the very first time that I used Zerorez for cleaning my downstairs carpets. I was impressed with the professionalism of the technician who came out to my house. He was courteous and he answered all my questions. He did a great job getting out some of the deep stains. Although, some of them seem to be resurfacing after about a month. But overall, I am very impressed and I think the price is reasonable for what you get.
