Despite all the different stains (blood, coffee, soda, etc.) and tracking paths on our very light carpeting, our carpets look brand new again! Our service tech, Juwan, was very helpful, knowledgeable, professional, thorough, and was so very careful with our furniture and home in general. We were especially impressed with the large, substantial corner guards he placed around every corner so that the hoses woudn’t mar the walls.
