The tech was on-time, polite and explained what he was going to do. He was respectful of our outdoor landscaping, our brand new hardwood floors and our furniture. He quoted an estimated time to complete the job and it was within 10 minutes of that quote. Tried to upsell us, we politely declined and he left it at that. The tech asked us to review his work before we paid. Accepted our credit card payment and we were happy to provide a tip for his service.

Kevin was prompt, thorough and very friendly. He did a wonderful job and the chairs look like new!

The gentleman that came in to do my carpet cleaning or very nice, well dressed, and cleaned at all their things that they had to use during the cleaning.
