Tyler was very thorough in walking me through what was going to be done. He gave me some helpful tips when it came to pet stains and odors too which was very nice. He explained what he was doing and what they use in their equipment to clean. I told him about a previously not as good experience I had had with Zerorez and he assured me that all of the issues I had previously faced had been addressed. Im glad I gave them another chance. My carpets and my rug came out wonderful. He explained all the dry times to me before he left and what I should expect. He was really nice and respectful and you could tell he takes pride in doing a good job.
