1. I like the service tech that came to my home. Dustin was well spoken, good clear eye contact, firm handshake. He spoke knowledgeably about services, costs and benefits without employing high pressure, guilt driven sales pitch. Answered questioned, liked my dog, ALL GOOD!!!
2. I like the service/product used on my beige carpet that tends to clutch dirt like pearls to the bosom. I feared a product that would look great a couple days, but then begin to draw dirt into the track lines of daily use. Not a problem with zero-rez. One might even wonder where I cross the carpet going from hall to kitchen. Excellent.
3. I purchased service based on prior experience, not cheapest or most expensive. Very satisfied that price I paid worth the well down service. TY, Dustin.
