Josiah was the technician that came out to do the cleaning, I have used ZEROREZ in the past and have been happy with the service, however Josiah was amazing and did a fabulous job cleaning our carpets and furniture, I will definitely use ZEROREZ again and would be happy if Josiah was the tech who came out!!!

I want to commend Nick who got a tough spot out of my carpet.

I appreciated how professional and friendly the technician was. He explained the process, offered suggestions and confirmed the various pricing options before starting the cleaning process.

The cleaning process itself was excellent. I liked the multiple stages of scrubbing, cleaning and, especially, the vacuuming and removal of the dirty water after cleaning. I love the finished product! My floors look new!

Tommy was wonderful. He was professional and very thoughtful. He did a very good job cleaning our steps and hallway. He took the time to explain trouble spots and addressed all of our concerns. We plan to request him on our next cleaning project. Thanks!

Our cleaning professional was timely, polite, quick, and professional. Our couches were not able to get every single set-in stain due to their light color, but they feel drastically cleaner and do look a lot fresher after cleaning. He was able to get a good bit out!
