I contacted Zerorez after calling 4 other housecleaning companies that advertise service in my area. One did not, after all, come to my area and 3 did not return my call. Zerorez responded immediately and was able to schedule an appointment quickly and at my convenience. Yvette arrived on time, got right to work, and had the house sparkling clean very shortly thereafter. I could not be more pleased.

First of all, from the time I reached out to your company regarding getting my carpets cleaned everyone was very professional. Things were explained to me about everything I needed to know. I received notices about my appointment along with receiving a notice of when my attendant would be arriving. The attendant that showed up to clean my carpets name is Shawn, not sure if this is the correct spelling of his name, but he was very respectful and explained the entire process of what he would be doing. I also added the fiber protection for my carpet after him explaining what all it entailed. He was such a sweet young man and so very polite. That meant so much to me. I could tell that he had my best interest of my home. Someone like Shawn needs to be kept on the job. I love my carpets they look like new. I would definitely recommend to others.

Was Prompt and on time
The Process is exceptional …gentle care of fabric while at the same time brightening and cleaning away spots and dull yellowed fabric. I didn’t believe it could be done, but the club chair, ottoman , and white sofa all look like new. And there is very little “down time” as the fabric is not at all wet. In a matter of hours it was ready for use.
And the price is very reasonable!
