The carpet is always gets cleaner than i expect, for how old and beat up it is. It's always dry VERY shortly thereafter. Most importantly, the techs are fantastic, and I'm never uncomfortable having them in my personal space.

Jake and Michael were very personable, friendly, courteous. They did a very nice job cleaning my carpeting. Jake called to let me know they could be there earlier if I wanted. It was nice to get an early start! They helped me by turning on the ceiling fans that I have a hard time reaching. I was very pleased with how clean my carpeting looked the next day. Technicians Jake P. and Antonio (I believe was his name) were friendly, professional, and informative. They completed the air duct cleaning quickly and cleaned up after themselves.
