Ease of getting carpets cleaned.

Everything freshened up great except for the things that were really messed up for years. No smells or residue from the water system which was great. The guy that came out worked efficiently and was polite.

The tech was timely, courteous, and willing to answer all questions. He worked quickly to start and finish each room. Once completed he explained what we would expect as the carpets dried and how we should vacuum over the next few days to help the fibers preform to maximum life.

Quick, professional, a little expensive but worth the money

I got appt quite fast and the person who came was friendly and knowledgeable.

Product used to clean, really pulls out the dirt, dust, pet hair, etc. Plus a bonus, every thing is almost dry when they finish because the high suction they use to clean. I had my sectional cleaned and it looks brand new. Michelle did a great job.

Also, I may add, every time I have used Zerorez, the staff is professional and friendly. They explain the process and get down to business cleaning.

Our technician was Wil. He kept us notified when he would be arriving and arrived right on time. He was polite, courteous, and very attentive to details such as stains and making sure all areas of the carpets were cleaned. This is our first experience with ZEROREZ and if the service provided by our technician is any indication of the company, we will not only use this company again but will and already have referred friends to them. We intend to ask for Wil specifically in the future.
