Your tech explained the process before he started. We walked through each of the rooms he was to clean to discuss spots on the carpet. He worked quickly and efficiently. When James was finished, he asked me to inspect the carpets to be sure that everything was as expected- which it was. It looked great!

Their employees always do an excellent job of cleaning the carpets in my home. My latest service also included cleaning the air duct in my clothes dryer. I would highly recommend their services to anyone.
