Quick drying. Don't feel residue when walking barefoot on carpet. Carpet is soft does not get stiff and hard after drying. Spots are easy to clean in between shampooing.

I had exactly the service that I requested. Devin, the tech, was very friendly and professional. He was concerned with keeping my house neat, covered the corners and wore booties. No odor with the cleaning, either. All good, great service.

The gentleman who cleaned our carpets explained the plan to verify our understanding of the services he was providing. He also used corner protectors which saved our woodwork and paint from the houses as he moved about the house.
We are very pleased with results. A coffee stain that had been on the carpet over 10 years even came out.
