Then after Kelisha connected me with the salesman Chris Pacilio who really knows his stuff ( he can be considered the water nurd) hope he doesn’t take offense I ment it in a good way he didn’t pressure me and didn’t try to sell me things that I didn’t need like the others that came to my home
After I ordered the softener the contacts were great Chris emailed me all thru the process
Then on Monday December 2,2024 the insulation day
I was told they would arrive between 8 and 12 noon
At 1130 am along came the insulation truck with Kevin as the installer sorry I don’t know his last name
Kevin was very polite with the exit of his truck he introduced himself to me and explained what he was going to do
As the insulation went on Kevin and I talked about many things including raising children, work, and retirement
I am retired and I told Kevin I never want to be that old retired guy that talks too much
Kevin is a great person and seems to be a great family man, father, husband, and a great worker
You are lucky to have Kevin as an employee I didn’t realize that people like him were still around

Alaina Heath is very accommodating and assisted me all throughout the setting up process and is always available when I need help and Jeffrey Hoffman always checks our water inventory making sure we never ran out of drinking water. Both have excellent customer service.
