Had the whole house system and a drinking water system installed a couple of years ago. Couldn't be happier with both. I never have to remember to call about maintenance or salt delivery. iI is automatic and they let you know ahead of time. The salt delivery guy goes above and beyond as he always brings all the salt to the downstairs basement for me as those bags are heavy! Very much appreciated. Highly recommend this company.
Although, I did not end up purchasing a Water Softner System-
I would like to thank the Entire team- Especially the Service Tech-Terry for showing up and fixing my immediate problem- I had water but no Pressure- Looping the hose from bypass back into the house.
I had an existing Culligen water Softner System ( 2005 ) that was not in use-
But the RED- Back flow cap blew off and was dowsing my garge with water.
I managed to turn off the Bypass valve giving me some time to assesses the situation:
I spoke to Steve Nash he was great, understanding that I needed to fix my water issue 1st and then I could go back and explore my water softner options. at a later time.
When I do decide to replace my system. I am definitely going to go with this Company and their Team.

Your systems are quite good. Customer calls and you answer the phone. Imagine that! YOur deliveries are always on time and the billing systems effective. You make adjustments for us with just a simple phone call into the office. Please, don't become a corporate enterprise with call centers and 'help tickets' and impersonal communications with customers. You have it figured out as is. Bravo.

I have had Culligan Water Softening services for over 30 years in my home. It is so easy for them to deliver the salt and put in my tank. Billing is very easy and I use auto pay. If I have to make a phone call to them, the ladies in the office are very friendly and very helpful. I have recommended Culligan to friends and family. Very happy with Culligan.
