I’m also reminded with a courtesy text/ phone call as the schedule date gets closer. The techs are always on time, friendly and keeps my equipment working. I love my water filter system and the fact that I don’t have to buy plastic water bottles saving the world from our plastic crisis. Great company with good prices.
