I like the call, text or email advance notice for a salt delivery because I am unable to carry the bags of salt down to our lower level. It’s very helpful to get the service person to dump the salt into our brine tank. Sad to see this attention to detail will be discontinued into 2015.

He explained about the salt crystals how much we should utilize as well as the pump would go off about 2:00 in the mornings.
